Terms of service
Last updated: 6 September 2026
These terms keep things fair and clear between you and Kidumo. We wrote them in plain language on purpose.
What Kidumo is
Kidumo is a family routine app: parents build routines, children follow them on devices the parent connects, and progress stays visible to the family.
Your account
You must be an adult to create a Kidumo account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for the information you enter about your family. Children use Kidumo through profiles and devices that you, the parent, create and control.
Free during the beta
Kidumo is free while in beta and we do not ask for payment details. When the beta ends we will explain any pricing clearly and in advance, and a free tier will remain part of Kidumo.
Fair use
Use Kidumo as intended: for your own family. Do not try to break the service, access other families' data, or use Kidumo for anything unlawful.
Your data stays yours
The information you enter about your family belongs to you. You give us only the permission we need to run the service for you. Our privacy policy explains what we collect and why.
A beta service, honestly stated
During the beta, Kidumo is provided as-is. We work to keep it reliable, but we cannot promise uninterrupted availability, and features may change or be removed. Please keep that in mind before relying on it for anything critical.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of a free beta service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under EU consumer law.
Ending things
You can delete your account at any time, from Data and privacy in the app. We erase your personal data straight away and delete your sign-in identity immediately afterwards. If you are the only parent or guardian in a family, that family and all its data are permanently deleted; if a family has other parents or guardians, that family is preserved for them and your personal details are removed from it. Deletion cannot be undone, although what you deleted can still exist in our encrypted backups for about a month before they expire (a 30-day recovery window, hard limit 45 days). We may suspend accounts that break these terms, and we will say why.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms we will update this page and the date at the top, and flag significant changes in the app or by email.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania and, where applicable, EU law. Kidumo is operated by KNAISOMA SOLUTIONS S.R.L., registered at Str. Mircea Vulcanescu nr. 92, Bl. A, Ap. 2, Sector 1, Bucuresti, Romania (VAT/CUI RO41565703).
